Our repair and inspection team provide the best and most effective loss prevention report for investors before selling or purchasing. we charge up to $700 to schedule this inspection and report due to the fact that more than one inpection professional may need to be present.
We provide property research service where we actually go to the property and conduct home inspection to give the buyer a complete understanding of all the issues that may be assocated with the property.

Normally we acquire properties at auction then work with wholesalers to unload then fast. But we prefer to work directly with one or two real investors who have the liquid cash to act fast.
