Preventative Maintenance (PM)

What is PM?

PM is short in hotel term for preventative maintenance. Most hotel contract staff to provide PM services as guest leave the property to ensure that each room keeps looking new and all the equipment works. This process ensure that the hotel dont have to spend large sums of money hiring outside contractors.

UCM is offering a yearly membership to residents to conduct the service two times per year or you can pay as you go $175 for the PM inspection and $65/hr for touch ups and repairs as needed.
